In Times Like These What Does God Say
In time of trouble we need the Lord. Really we need Him everyday, in the good times and in the bad. What a comfort He is to all who trust in Him.
What God Says. From the Bible
"Those who dwell in the covering of the Most High abide under the shadow of the Almighty. And I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God; in Him I will trust. Surely He will deliver you from the snare of the trapper, and from the wasting disease. He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; and His truth will be your protection and defense."
"You need not fear the night terror, nor daytime attacks, nor the pestilence lurking in darkness, nor devastating destruction at high noon. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you. Only with your eyes will you look and see the reward of the wicked."
"Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place, no evil will befall you, nor will any plague come near your dwelling; for He will give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. the angel's will bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone. …"
"Because you set your love upon Me, therefore I will deliver you; I will set you on high, because you know My name. You shall call upon Me and I will answer you; I will be with you in trouble; I will deliver you and honor you. With long life I will satisfy you, and show you My salvation."

God Is Trustworthy
Knowing God, understanding who He is, and what He is like, causes love to well up in our hearts for Him, and we see that we can trust in Him. God is good, and He is trustworthy!

ʺthe salvation of the righteous is from the Lord; He is their strength in the time of trouble.ʺ Psalms37:39.
"Call on Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will magnify and honor Me." Psalm50:15. "Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know." Jeremiah33:3.
"in the time of trouble He will hide me in His covering; He shelters me. In His habitation He secures me, and sets up on a high rock." Psalm27:5.

ʺYou are my hiding place; You will preserve me from trouble; You will encircle me with songs of deliverance.ʺ Psalms32:7. ʺI sing of Your power; yes, I sing aloud of Your mercy in the morning, for You are my strong tower and hiding place in the day of my trouble.ʺ Psalms59:16.
“Behold, God is my deliverer, I will trust in Him and not be afraid, for the Lord God is my strength and my song, He is my salvation.” Isaiah12:2.

"... let us come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help us in our time of need." Hebrews4:16.
"I love you Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, my deliverer, my God, my power, in whom I trust; my shield, the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I call on the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies." Psalm18:1-3.
God Delivers
Whoever or whatever your enemy is, whether a wasting disease or a brutally cruel person, God is not only able to deliver you, but He will deliver you, if you put all your faith and trust in Him. Give yourself to Jesus, it is the only safe place.
When people come against us, when circumstance and situations go horribly wrong, God will deliver. And if, for whatever reason, God does not deliver from it, He will deliver in it, or through it (Daniel3:1-30). Trust Him with all your heart.

The redeemed of the Lord have the honor and privilege of His protection. And if that protection does not come in the way you expect, it is because God is bringing a better benefit and a greater outcome. Trust Him with your life, give Him your heart, be His dear child.
“My child, give Me your heart, and let your eyes observe My ways.” Proverbs23:26.
Give Your Heart to Jesus
God loves you very much! Jesus wants to help you. He wants you to be with Him, now and forever. Put your faith and trust in God, believe what He says. Give your heart to Jesus. Take His hand. Let Him show you the way. Read the Bible. Pray for help and understanding.
